XAIBIM is a doctoral research project focused on explainable AI for BIM. All tools provided are currently in research or beta phase and are provided "as is".

Users of the XAIBIM forum and tools agree to use the platform for constructive research and professional development. Harassment or misuse of the AI models is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

The core XAIBIM framework is open-source. However, specific datasets and implementation details may be protected by academic intellectual property laws until final publication.

4. Limitation of Liability

XAIBIM is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses from our research tools. Always verify results with a qualified professional.
